I have enjoyed countless of hands of 21. I began sneaking into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have bet on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost a lot of money at blackjack. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the casino.
I still like the game and play on a regular basis. Over the years I have gambled on a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this method or defeat the house, nonetheless you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is founded on the idea that 21 appears to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I lose I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the action back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets extremely fun on occasion. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quick. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome runs a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Flamingo a number of years ago with $750 after 60 mins using this technique! And a few days ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!
You must comprehend that you can relinquish a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be amazed at the runs you witness betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.
Bet $5
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the original five dollar wager
Wager 5 dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar
Wager ten dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the first $10 wager
Wager ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $20
Bet twenty dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the initial twenty dollar bet
Bet 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total wager of $40
Wager forty dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the original $40 bet
Wager forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 80 dollar
Bet 80 dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the initial eighty dollar wager
Bet eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160
Wager 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 1 hundred and 60 dollar wager
If you departed at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s iffy to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and drop your bet or the end result will not be the same.
